30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Elisande jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still sealed.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at support@elisandejewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
