Free Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at support@elisandejewelry.com and we will do our best to update it before shipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@elisandejewelry.com and we will help resolve it.
